The natural horizon line can be a devotional space and this is the motivation behind my landscape painting. Jenna Bauer is a painter, musician, teaching-artist and social sculptor. A note from Golden Spirit Children’s Choirs: Proceeds go toward piloting Golden Spirit Children’s Choirs in the fall of 2024. Golden Spirit is a unique children’s choir organization in that it focuses not only on music learning objectives, but also social emotional learning objectives and poetry learning objectives, so that kids have the opportunity to practice mindfulness, movement, and rhythm, which research shows are crucial elements for kids living in poverty. Golden Spirit exists because we believe every child deserves the chance to sing and be heard.
